Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Lumina Wren order. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Hair Care & Accessories: Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Hair Extensions, Bundles & Wigs: Due to the nature of hair products, these items can only be returned if unopened, unworn, and with tags/packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been removed from its packaging, washed, cut, colored, or altered in any way.

How to Start a Return: Contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved and received, we'll inspect the item and notify you of the approval status.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos, for a free replacement or full refund.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges — please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
